Returns Policy
We provide a 14 day money back guarantee on all our products, unless otherwise stated. Simply send your goods back to us unworn, in perfect condition and in the original packaging. We will issue a refund as soon as we receive the goods. Please note that the customer is responsible for arranging their own return of goods. (We advise recorded delivery to be used)
In the interests of hygiene we do not offer refunds on pierced jewellery.
